Mixed Feelings

We ordered this sign for our diesel/kero fueling station. We had a some issues getting us the correct sign, but I would rate their customer service 10/10. I get the feeling our experience was atypical in nature. The first sign they sent to us was labeled for the wrong grades and was the wrong size. I was helped and sent a new one within 2 business days. That one came correct, but broken. The final shipment got to us about 3 business days after that and it is correct and perfect.
Overall, I am happy with the product and the customer service reps were always considerate and kind with me (despite me being transparently upset). Would purchase from this company again.
